At Asthma & Allergy Specialists, we’re committed to providing the Charlotte community with fast, convenient access to expert care. That’s why we now offer walk-in clinic hours—no appointment needed! If you're experiencing non-emergency asthma or allergy symptoms, you're welcome to visit during the hours listed below:

Walk-In Clinic Hours for Belmont are Monday and Thursday 9 AM–3 PM. Walk-In Clinic hours at Belmont are for pediatric patients only.

Treatment offerings at Belmont are for pediatric patients only: seasonal allergies, allergy testing, mild to moderate asthma care flare ups (non-emergency asthma care), sports induced asthma care (EIB), hives and skin allergies, eczema, allergy reactions (non-anaphylaxis/non-emergent), hospital and urgent care asthma follow up visits, allergy shots, allergy serum refills, allergy shot reactions, medication refills, evaluation of chronic (ongoing) cough and nasal congestion, post nasal drip (absence of fever), itchy watery eyes (eye allergies), nebulizer care/education (breathing treatments), spirometry and breathing tests.

We do not treat acute illness (fever, COVID 19, Flu, RSV, Strep throat), chest pain or sever shortness of breath, anaphylaxis or emergency care.

Conveniently located off exit 27 off I-85, this Asthma and Allergy Specialists location is easy for most Charlotte residents to find. At the Asthma & Allergy Specialists Belmont location we offer pediatric asthma, allergy, and food allergy services. We also administer allergy shots on location at the times listed above.
