About Dr. Offerle

Dr. Thomas Offerle is a board-certified allergist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with asthma, allergies, and immunologic conditions. At Asthma & Allergy Specialists, he brings a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through personalized treatment plans and the latest advancements in allergy and immunology.

Dr. Offerle earned his medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina, followed by residency training in pediatrics at Emory University and a fellowship in allergy and immunology at University of Virginia. He is board-certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI). 

He is passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to manage chronic conditions effectively.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Offerle and his wife welcomed their first child in June 2025. He also enjoys staying active and trying new hobbies.  He is excited to explore all that Charlotte has to offer, from restaurants to local events.
